About Imad Sami Salman
My Journey to Mental and Emotional Wellness
I am deeply passionate about nurturing mental and emotional wellness and spreading love, peace, and optimism. These values have shaped my life from an early age and have defined my journey. I believe in the power of transformation and am committed to inspiring positive change within individuals and communities. My mission is to help others align with their true passions, guiding them toward a more peaceful and purposeful life.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, which led to a successful career in the IT sector and the founding of my own business. However, my heart was always set on a greater mission—contributing to a just and peaceful society. This desire led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Nonviolence from the Academic University of Nonviolence and Human Rights in Beirut. This was a transformative step, showing me that it’s never too late to align your life with your true passions.
As I delved deeper into self-discovery, I realized my true purpose: inspiring positive change through writing, teaching, and communication. In addition to my academic qualifications, I hold certifications in NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy®️, and NLP Coaching. I am also a certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership program and a proud member of organizations such as ABNLP, TLTA, ABH, and CPD.
Throughout my career, I’ve gained expertise in leadership training, personal breakthrough coaching, mental health and psychosocial support, corporate soft skills training, and conflict resolution. As a co-founder of InOut Academy for Training and Coaching, I continue to expand my impact by mentoring groups and supporting NGOs. I’m also an experienced lecturer on topics like nonviolence, quantum physics, and emotional intelligence.
I have authored several books, including From Reactive to Proactive (2007), Free Yourself from Yourself (2011), The Global Humanitarian Nation (2013), The Game of Consciousness (2016), and Quantum Self Unified (2024), with more works in progress. My insights have been featured in interviews across numerous TV and radio programs.
Professionally, I’ve held leadership roles, such as General Manager of Silicon Computer Systems and Manager of ComSense Computer Systems LLC. These experiences, combined with my passion for humanitarian awareness, have fueled my commitment to promoting a culture of nonviolence and inspiring others to create a world rooted in peace, purpose, and positivity.
